At Systematic-Edge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds for our digital products.

Digital Products & Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, once digital content has been accessed or delivered, your right to cancel is lost.

Our Refund Policy by Product

Indicator Only Package (£124.99 +VAT)

No refunds once TradingView access is granted.

Once we send the TradingView invitation and you gain access to the indicator, the digital content has been delivered and no refund is available. This is because:

Custom Backtest Package (£249.99 +VAT)

Refund available before work begins.

This package includes custom work (backtesting your chosen instruments). Our policy is:

Full Automation Package (£374.99 +VAT)

Partial refund available in certain circumstances.

This package includes indicator access, custom backtests, and a 1-hour setup call. Our policy is:

If you are unable to attend a scheduled setup call, please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.

Additional Instrument Add-ons (£15 +VAT each)

No refunds once indicator configuration is applied.

As this involves configuring digital content, no refund is available once the indicator has been configured for your additional instrument(s).
